The Harold C. Ramser Sr. Handicap is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually in October during the Oak Tree Racing Association at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. Contested on turf over a distance of 8 furlongs, it is open to three-year-old fillies. Currently a Grade III event, it offers a purse of $100,000. Inaugurated in 1981 as the Yankee Valor Handicap, in 1989 it was renamed the Harold C.
